This Privacy Notice applies only to our clients who are individuals.We use the personal information collected about you in order to provide you with better service or to comply with law.

 We may collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

• Applications or other forms (such as your name, address, Social Security number, birth date, assets and income);

• Traditional activity in your account (such as trading history and balances); and

If you are a former client, your information is treated in the same manner as the information of current clients.

Within Signalert Corporation,  Appel Asset Management Corporation and our affiliates we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to employees and affiliates who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
